Lynn founded Office Assistants in 2003. With 30+ years’ bookkeeping experience and an extensive background working with small business owners and chartered accountants, she’s developed a unique approach to bridging the business owner-accountant gap, keeping everything organised and compliant whilst focusing on clients’ individual needs.

From Lynn personally…

I’m Lynn and I love to help clients. I listen to how they run their businesses, and we work together to find the easiest way to get their work done on time. I help business owners and their teams with software setup, and one-to-one training and support, giving them the confidence to access helpful information about their business for themselves, whenever they need it.

As a family business, it’s easy for us to work closely as a team. We have regular meetings, and I’ve become a “WhatsApp Ninja” when it comes to sending messages to team members and clients, quickly sharing important information that keeps us all up to date on our clients’ priorities.

I’ve made sure our systems are designed so the whole team can work from anywhere with an internet connection, making sure our clients always get a seamless service.

The best part of my job is seeing our clients develop their business idea into an amazing company, and helping them on their journey. It gives me great pleasure seeing their lifestyle change as they get the success they’ve worked towards.
